I was driving to my favorite happy hour spot in the city on Saturday. A suspiciously underrated Japanese place with an absurd (in a good way) menu from four to six. It is not the best sushi in the Pacific Northwest, but it is the best salmon skin roll you will get for eight dollars, especially next to a six-dollar glass of pinot gris.
